In the previous post, we briefly covered MyAdmin’s general features and core capabilities. In this post, we’ll take a deeper look at how you can add Microsoft licenses, remove them, and thoroughly analyze their details.
Adding Licenses:
After logging in to MyAdmin, navigate to the Office Subscriptions section. On the screen that appears, you can view your current licenses. Here, you’ll find important details such as the license commitment type, commitment period, unit price, and quantity.

To add a new license, click the icon located on the right side of the relevant license. On the screen that appears, select the quantity that fits your needs and complete the license addition process in just 1.5 minutes.

Removing Licenses:
Before moving on to the license removal process, we’d like to highlight an important point: only customers with a monthly payment and monthly commitment option are eligible to return licenses. Licenses under the NCE model, on the other hand, can be canceled within 7 days from the date they were added.
After logging in to MyAdmin, navigate to the Office Subscriptions section. To remove a license, click the icon located on the right side of the relevant license. On the screen that appears, you can select the quantities you’d like to remove and complete the process in just 1.5 minutes.
If you’ve exceeded the 7-day return period, you can click on the “Scheduled License Quantity Change” option displayed on the screen. Once you complete this action, an exclamation mark will appear next to the license. If you’d like to make further changes later, simply click on the exclamation mark to make the necessary changes.

Office Cost Center:
To view your licenses in detail, you can visit the Office Cost Center from the Office Subscriptions section. On the screen that appears, you will find the Office License Distribution chart on the left-hand side. This chart allows you to see the subscriptions you have purchased and their associated costs. For monthly customers, monthly data will be displayed, while for annual customers, annual data will be shown in the chart.
On the right-hand side, you will see the Cost Separation chart. Here, you can view your license chart based on the parameters you have set. For example, if you have segmented your licenses by department, office, or location, you will have the opportunity to analyze these parameters in detail on the chart.

To access where these parameters are set in MyAdmin, you can click the question mark icon next to “Group the Costs”, as shown in the image below. This will show you where to provide the relevant parameters. In this section, you can examine your licenses in much greater detail. You can find answers to questions such as which department uses which license and at what cost, the total cost of each license, or which office is using which license and at what cost. By analyzing your licenses in detail, you can access all this information.

In conclusion, MyAdmin makes Microsoft license management much easier and faster. Whether you’re adding new licenses, returning them, or analyzing your costs in detail, you can handle all these tasks conveniently from a single platform. By following the right steps, you can save time and manage your licenses efficiently. Start using MyAdmin today and make a real difference in how you manage your licenses.
