Established in 1974 and one of the largest and well-established companies in Turkey, Sinpas Holding thanks to MyAdmin, has saved great cost and time in its licensing and financial operations. Sinpas Holding Information Technology Specialist Omer Demir, answered the questions of our Marketing Manager Mert Tüfekcioglu in our Microsoft Teams interview. Sinpaş Holding, which has been actively using cloud technologies for many years, stated that the biggest operational difficulty they face in their more than 10 sub-companies is the separation of invoices according to individual companies and other regions.
 

On the other hand, he expressed the costs of licensing operations as: “We have approximately 300 users working within the company. As a dynamic and highly circulating company, we used to buy more licenses and keep them in the pool in order to guarantee ourselves. Of course, this was a serious financial burden for us. To ask for a license for each person and to have these licenses closed later was an operational challenge itself.”

A more agile operation was carried out.

Demir stated that he was most satisfied with the invoice separation service: “We've literally reduced the billing work which we used to spend days to minutes, and you can't imagine the operational speed and cost advantage this has given us. For this job only, we were hiring internal personnel, now those people are working in the right areas in our institution.”
