Beyaz Fırın, which has been operating as a patisserie and brasserie for more than 100 years with its branches in Istanbul, is a well-known brand that offers many centuries-old flavors, from Easter pastries to macaroon. Beyaz Fırın also sells its products online. Beyaz Fırın, one of the first brands that comes to mind when it comes to bakery and pastry art, had problems with e-mails from time to time. The company found a solution to both the lack of capacity and the synchronization problem of the devices receiving the e-mails with Office 365.

Company Profitability Increased

Office 365's most important contribution to the company was to increase the profitability of the company by reducing the IT investment costs. Before the company moved to the cloud with Office 365, they planned to configure their Exchange Server software and make it available to the internet. Office365 did not require such investment. In other words, it eliminated the initial costs such as server and license costs, firewall, active devices, fiber line rental, backup services, and maintenance services that must be paid for the continuity of the system.

One of the most important reasons for the company to choose Microsoft's cloud solution Office 365, was especially the price advantage up to 70% in IT investments it provided.
