After filling in the subject and message fields and attaching files if needed, all you have to do is click the Submit button.
Once submitted, your request is automatically added to the support queue and reviewed by the authorized team as soon as possible. This allows you to manage your entire support process easily from a single place, without needing to communicate through multiple channels.

Solved Tickets
When you want to review the details of a request you previously submitted or encounter the same issue again, you no longer need to search through old emails or past conversations. The Solved Tickets tab presents your entire support history in an organized and easily accessible way on a single screen.
In this section, you can view all your previously created and resolved tickets in a list format and quickly access details such as the ticket subject, date, and resolution time. This allows you to revisit earlier solutions and apply the same resolution whenever a similar issue arises.
In short, the Solved Tickets section is not just an archive — it also serves as a personal knowledge base you can rely on whenever needed. Instead of getting lost in emails, you can access your complete support history in MyAdmin with just a few clicks.

Ask to Myla

In the Frequently Asked Questions section, you can filter content by categories such as OneDrive, Exchange Online, Security, Microsoft Services, Admin Center, Azure, Licensing, and MyAdmin allowing you to easily access detailed explanations about the most common topics. This ensures that the information users need most is organized and conveniently available in one place.

The How-To Articles section consists of more comprehensive content that provides step-by-step guidance. In this area, you can filter articles by categories such as Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Services, Azure, Admin Center, Security, MyAdmin, and Apps, allowing you to quickly navigate directly to the topic you are looking for. Thanks to clearly explained and easy-to-follow instructions, many tasks can be completed on your own without waiting for support.
