New search abilities like search history, hold/resume, quick call, transfer, routing, inward dialing, multi-call management, voicemail and tele typewriter (TTY) are added to Microsoft Teams. First thing you need to present Teams call feature to your users is Phone System (old Cloud PBX) which is part of Office 365 E5 or offered as add-in to other Office 365 plans. From here, you can subscribe a call plan (Known as PSTN call before) for more than one user in your establishment.
Together with Call plans and Phone System on Office 365, you can create phone system that gives a primary phone number to every user and allows to make phone calls out of the establishment. In the meantime, you can keep your establishment away from expensive phone equipment and simplify the phone system management by centralizing it.
